Where is DreamPlay located? 
This state-of-the-art play center is located at the Shops at the Boulevard of City of Dreams Manila.
What is the concept behind DreamPlay? 
DreamPlay represents an exciting blend of integrated live and digital play spaces, featuring DreamWorks Animation’s popular characters and creative storytelling combined with innovative educational play, appealing to children and adults alike.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available onsite at DreamPlay Front Gate counter and online via WhyQue http://dreamplay.whyqueue.shop/ and SM Tickets https://smtickets.com/events/search/dreamplay Tickets are also available at all SM Tickets outlets nationwide.
Can I purchase advance tickets?
Advance tickets can be purchased through whyqueue.com and SM Tickets.
Where can I redeem the ticket for my online purchase?
For tickets purchased through Why Queue, a confirmation email will be sent through their email address, confirmation email should be presented to the Front Gate counter for redemption.
For tickets purchased through SM Tickets, a claim ticket voucher will be sent to their email address, claim ticket voucher should be presented at the Front Gate counter for redemption. They can also get their physical ticket at any SM Tickets outlets and present the ticket upon arrival at DreamPlay.
Is my ticket purchased from SM Tickets transferrable?
Tickets are transferrable. RFID Wristband given at the entrance are non-transferrable.

Can I bring food or drink into the park?
Outside food and beverage are not permitted to enter the facility. Baby food and milk are exempted from this policy. No alcohol may be brought into DreamPlay.
Can adults enter DreamPlay without any children?
Yes, adults with no children are allowed to enter DreamPlay.
What’s the age range for children and adults? 
Children: 80cm (height) – 17 years
old Adults: 18 years old and above
What are DreamPlay’s operating hours?
DreamPlay operating hours is 10am – 8pm on WEEKDAYS (Monday to Friday) and 9am - 8pm on WEEKENDS (Saturday to Sunday and during Holidays)
Are cameras allowed inside DreamPlay?
Personal cameras are allowed inside DreamPlay.
Can we apply Senior Citizen discounts to the tickets?
Senior Citizen discount are applicable. 
What services are available for disabled persons and others with special needs? 
Wheel chairs are available for free and some attractions are accessible by wheel chairs. Strollers are available for hire at the Guest Services counter which is beside DreamShop.
I’m interested in celebrating my child’s birthday at DreamPlay. Do you have packages available?

Can we leave DreamPlay and then come back later on?
Yes, they just need to approach the checkout counter to surrender their wristband and they attendant will place a stamp in their hand for re-entry.
What are the daily show times? 
DreamWorks Character Appearances and Photo Op are scheduled every 30 minutes on weekdays (Monday to Friday) starting 11am until 9pm and weekends (Saturday, Sunday and during Holidays) 10am until 5pm followed by All DreamWorks Characters Show every 6pm. 
Can my children visit the facility on their own? 
Children ten (10) years and older may be left alone inside the facility. However, a parent or legal guardian (18 years old & above) must be present at the time of drop-off to check on these children and pick them up, as well as to sign a requisite form.
Can parents play with children? 
Parents are required to purchase an entry ticket to have access to all attractions.
Is smoking allowed at DreamPlay?
DreamPlay is a smoke free environment.
Are pets allowed? 
Service animals and pets are not permitted inside the facility.
Is there a Dress Code?
Dress Code: Long sleeves, socks and appropriate shoes suitable for physical activities (wall climbing, rope courses and slides). Guests wearing clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics shall be denied entry into the Facility and those already inside may be asked to leave or change. Skateboards, skate-shoes or skates of any kind are likewise not allowed.
Where can I find lost & found? 
You can find the lost & found at the Guest Services counter beside DreamShop.
Can Casino members use their points to buy tickets, food & beverage and retail items?
Gaming points can be used to purchase all of the above.
Is there a specific time period for each attraction? 
Each attraction has a cycle period. Some are free play.
I won’t be participating in any of the attractions. I will just accompany my child. Do I need to pay an entrance fee as well? 
All guests must pay an entrance fee.
Is the cooking activity part of the admission fee? 
Cooking with Gingy can be availed by all guests.
Will there be any medics on standby or are staff certified first aiders? 
Medics are on duty at all times and DreamPlay employees are first aid certified.
